Isaiah 14:12 "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer,son of the morning! How art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

Isaiah 14:13 "For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north;

Isaiah 14:14 "I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High,

Isaiah 14:15 "Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

Isaiah 14:16 "They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;

Isaiah 14:17 "That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?

The conventional thinking has been for the better part of 2000 years that these verses in Isaiah refer to Satan, the Devil, because of the following reasons:

1.Isaiah places Lucifer originally in heaven [verse 12].

2.He later ended up on the ground, this earth [verse 12 also].

3.Yet he wants to ascend back to heaven [verse 13].

4.And have a throne like God's throne [verse 13].

5.And indeed rule the religious world, sit upon the 'mount of the congregation' [verse 13].

6.And he wishes to be like God, like the 'Most High'[verse 14].

7.In spite of all this, Lucifer is brought down to Hell [verse 15].

8.Where he apparently becomes the caretaker or person in charge of that terrible place, opened not the house of his prisoners. [verse 17].

All this fits pretty well with the picture of Lucifer as the Devil or Satan, as taught by the Orthodox Church Theologians of the Middle Ages, and indeed they all still teach this as dogma to this very day.

Here comes the ultimate egotist, Doctor Robert Holt, MD, retired Emergency Room Physician and would-be Bible Scholar, and with a few snips of his proverbial scissors intends to cut the real heart out of Christian Theology [the Doctrine of a Powerful Satan named "Lucifer"]. Merely by placing Isaiah 14:12-17 under closer scrutiny, and discovering what it really says!

The audacity of it! The utter heresy of it! To the stake with him! Bring the faggots and the straw! Dress him in the garments of the damned forever, dowse him with kerosene, and light him on fire with the torch of Christian Truth and Condemnation!

The verses in Isaiah 14:12-17 that do not support that Lucifer is the Devil or Satan are the important ones. Because a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link, and "Lucifer" is only mentioned once in the Bible, and the Hebrew word translated in the King James Bible as "Lucifer" does not support at all the idea that "Lucifer" is a powerful "Devil" or even an evil person.

Indeed it supports the opposite meaning!

Convincing as these three lines of reasoning might be to those critics who might already be inclined to consider Lucifer as Satan to be a myth,Christians will not be convinced.

The only way I can kill the Devil and shut down Hell is to show that Isaiah definitely had someone else in mind here in Isaiah 14:12-17, and identify this other person clearly.

Which I will do a little later. But first a little history of how I was able to learn the identity of Isaiah's "Lucifer" of Isaiah 14:12.

I started my quest for the meaning of "Ariel" in Isaiah chapter 29 because Ariel is a typical "angel name", like Michael and Gabriel.

Indeed those mothers who name their daughters "Ariel" are quite certain they are naming them for an angel.

They have neglected to look up the Hebrew meaning for the word or name "Ariel", which is perhaps more appropriate for a boy than for a girl.

Here is the meaning in Strong's Hebrew Dictionary of Bible Words.

739. Ariel Ari'el ar-ee-ale;

lion of God, i.e. heroic: lionlike men.

740. Ariel the same as 739, a symbolic name for Jerusalem, also the name of an Israelite:- Ariel.

741. ariel; the altar of the temple:- altar.

Thus it is unlikely that a Jewish mother would name a daughter Ariel, but a son?

Now that's another matter! Indeed the present prime minister of Israel is named Ariel Sharon. And lives up to the prophecy of his name. A "lion-like man".

And so I struggled with the name "Ariel" and with Isaiah chapter 29 until I discovered Isaiah's secret. He was making "Ariel" equivalent to "Aries", the Zodiacal figure for the "Age" Isaiah himself was living in and writing his prophecies in!

Isaiah 29 is all about wars and death, and voices of dead people coming out of the ground.

And Aries has the ram for its cult animal, red for its color, and the planet Mars as its planet.

Blood ran freely in the "Age of Aries", and the Biblical Abraham initiated the Age by offering up a ram in place of his son Isaac. With God's belated permission to make this substitution at the very last moment before he plunged his knife into his beloved son's heart. [Read Genesis 22:1-18].

The Jews were all aware of this relationship between Abraham and Aries,the "ruler" of their Age before Jesus was born. And were quite willing to offer thousands of sheep and other animals to their blood-thirsty God at all of their feasts, and as "peace" offerings in between if they had been particularly sinful.

But after Moses, the picture was clouded somewhat by Moses' insistence there was One God only, and perhaps this One God had no relationship with any of the Zodiac figures.

Indeed it became illegal, theologically speaking, to make a likeness of any Zodiac figure [the "Host of Heaven"]see Deuteronomy 4:16-19], or worship them [Deuteronomy 17:3, Jer. 8:2], or put out incense and drink offerings on people's house-tops for the "Host of Heaven". [see Jer. 19:13, Zephaniah 1:5]

However, it was impossible to look at the night sky without seeing the Zodiac figures, and impractical to travel at night before magnetic compasses were readily available without having memorized the constellations.

And the only way of keeping track of major eras and ages common to all nations was by the "Ages of the Zodiac".

And so we find, if we are willing to look for them, the shadowy figures of Taurus, and Aries, and Pisces, and Aquarius marching through time and the skies in the works and words of all the Hebrew prophets.

Isaiah cannot be "blamed" for introducing certain meanings of the Hebrew name "Ariel" into Isaiah chapter 29 as Astrological meanings attached to Aries, the Greek God of War, because these meanings were already connected with the name "Ariel".

Thus "Ariel" was a lion-like man, a "hero", because the god "Aries" was a lion-like man, a "hero".

Because Aries liked sacrifices, and liked to see people die, then "ariel" [without an initial capital "A"] could represent the temple altar,where sacrifices were offered. And in Ezra 8:16, Ariel was one of the "chief men" who went with Ezra from Babylon to Jerusalem no doubt because his mother and father named him after "Aries", and he met their expectations!

Thus Isaiah could and did write in Isaiah 29:1 "Woe to Ariel, to Ariel, the city where David dwelt! Add year to year; let them kill sacrifices."

To the priests who monitored Isaiah's writings, and could have had him stoned for advocating Astrology, he was guilty of nothing of this sort.

He had only used a common Jewish name as a "code name"; for Jerusalem.

When bloodshed and death was suggested, it was because "ariel" meant "altar".

And he was repeating "Ariel" only for emphasis and a poetic flourish. David is mentioned only to identify Jerusalem.

And Isaiah has, of course, said nothing "wrong" or unorthodox.

Meanwhile, those Jews still secretly practicing Astrology, and other prophets speaking the hidden language of Numerology and Astrology, were hearing and understanding an entirely different message.

A message complete in itself in just this one verse. "Ariel" repeated meant 2000 years, an "Age".

David dwelt in "Ariel" because David lived in the Age of Aries. He also "dwelt" in Aries = Ariel because he was a "lion-like" man, a hero. And was able to kill lions with his bare hands.

David offered up his life to Aries = Mars, the "God of War". Yahweh would not let David build a temple dedicated to "Peace", because of the blood on David's hands.

If we add year to year enough times, we have another "Age". And "let them kill sacrifices" refers specifically to the "Age of Aries", at least in Judaic history.

Abraham began these sacrifices with a ram offered in Isaac's stead about 2000 BC. And the last sacrifice offered in a Jewish temple occurred around 70 AD. Not long after the dawn of the "Age of Pisces".

So there you have it. My "case" for Ariel = Aries. And my reason for suspecting that what Isaiah had done once, he was quite likely to do in other chapters.

When we attempt to do what we did with "Ariel" with "Lucifer" we run into difficulties right away because there was no Biblical character named "Lucifer".

The nearest we can come is "Hillel",who was a famous Rabbi and teacher that Paul credited with teaching him the basics of the Jewish religion.

"Hillel", according to Strong's, means praising (namely God) 1985.

"Lucifer" in the main concordance is equivalent in Hebrew to 1966. Haylel, hay-lale; from 1984 (in the sense of brightness); the morning star;- lucifer.

So we must go to 1984 to find out what else the word means [hoping of course to find something devilish!]

1984 halal, haw-lal'; a prim. Root; to be clear (orig. of sound, but usually of color); to shine; hence to make a show, to boast; and thus to be (clamorously) foolish; to rave; causat. to celebrate; also to stultify:- (make)boast (self), celebrate, commend, (deal, make), fool (-ish, -ly), glory, give [light], be (make, feign self) mad (against), give in marriage, [sing, be worthy of] praise, rage, renowned, shine."

Obviously we have stumbled onto one of the most useful words in Hebrew.

One that can be used to glorify a person, or humiliate him.

All depending on usage and what we wish to do with that person and with the name.

Halleluia or Hell. Whichever!

Although I came to the true meaning of Lucifer's Zodiac identity by a more direct route, by an intuitive reading of Isaiah 14:12-17 using what I had learned about Isaiah's hidden use of Astrology in the case of "Ariel" = Aries, I will lead my readers through a more roundabout route.

To pick up some support from one of the most talented Astrologers of all time, Jesus Christ. The real author of the Apocalypse, also known as New Testament Revelation.

Although Revelation is supposedly written by an unknown person named "John", its claim is that Jesus wrote it through an angel intermediary. However,once one knows how Essenes arranged these things, it is clear that Jesus himself wrote most of the book. Over a period of many years.

Revelation 1:1 "The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:

2 Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw."

Revelation 1:3 "Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand."

From these three verses we can only conclude, if we believe that the book is relevant and truthful at all, that the ideas are those of Jesus Christ, and that we will be blessed if we strive to understand them.

Which we are about to do! But since we don't have all week or all month,we'll turn to our main interest, "Hallel" and "Alleluia".

Used only in Revelation 19. The only place it appears in the entire King James Bible!

Revelation 19:1 "And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God."

Note if you will that these "much people" are in "Heaven" not Hell, and are making a great clamor. They are singing. They are praising the Lord [attributing power to Him]. And they are calling out the Hebrew name of Lucifer! [Hallel].

Amid much glory. And we can assume light, not darkness! They are honoring the object of their adoration. And they don't seem to be worried that someone might consider them "mad", or criticize them for over-doing this.

Here in one verse we have pretty well summed up all the meanings of

Strong's 1984 halal. All but the marriage, and Jesus will take us there also - in verse 7 and 8.

One can clearly see here, if they are enjoying the light from the morning star, from "Lucifer", that Jesus Christ understood all of the meanings of "Hallel", and "halal" and is willing to demonstrate this knowledge in Revelation chapter 19.

And also by position in the book, and the phrase "after these things" [not before these things], the End Time.

Revelation 19:2 "For true and righteous are his judgements: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand."

"His judgements" must here refer to the judgements of God, not of the Devil, for these people celebrating are in heaven, not Hell.

The one being judged is called "the great whore", and Lucifer is always portrayed as male, not female.

However the "Church" is often portrayed as female. And a Church that has been "in bed" with the kings and rulers of the earth for 2000 years pretty graphically portrays history as it has occurred in the Western World in a few rather explicit words.

Nowadays four-letter words might be used, but King James' translators liked "fornicate" better.

Here Christ says the whore has shed the blood of "his servants", and now he or his Father is about to "avenge" this shed blood.

Strange! And all the time the Church has thought, and taught all who would listen, that Christ's "servants" are all in "His Church".

Revelation 19:3 "And they [the great crowd in heaven] said, Alleluia. [calling out the name of the Devil, of "Lucifer" once again!].

"And her [the Church's, the Whore's"] smoke rose up for ever and ever." [Now wait just a moment here - we seem to have the wrong people in Hell!]

Revelation 19:4 "And the four and twenty elders [that would be the 12 sons of Jacob, and the 12 Apostles of Jesus] and the four beasts [representing Taurus the bull, Aries the ram, Pisces the fishes or goat, and Aquarius the water-carrier] fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne [Aquarius, now ruling the Last Age], saying, Amen [So be it! I approve!]; Alleluia. [Praise to the bearer of LIGHT!]

Revelation 19:5 "And a voice came out of the throne [my voice? The voice of this "discovery", the voice of this WEB SITE?], saying, Praise our God [Aquarius? The new Ruler?], all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great."

Revelation 19:6 "And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude [evidently a lot of people are now willing to do that, having grown tired of humping on the "Whore"], and as the voice of many waters [as the rain from the water-carrier's pitcher pours upon the earth], and as the voice of mighty thunderings [thunder generally accompanies rain], saying, Alleluia [calling out "Lucifer's name again!]: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.[the "Lord God Omnipotent"; is here "El" of the "Elohim" the original Father God of the Sumerian theology we all inherited - who by the way - invented the Zodiac!]

As Jesus has turned things around in Revelation 19:3, with the celebrators of Lucifer's triumph in heaven, and the whoring Church in Hell, so Isaiah has reversed the roles of Ariel and Lucifer.

Ariel is the lying angel that leads the nations to their deaths, and Lucifer, the "light bearer" is the one, once his disguise is lifted, tells the truth!

Now, I'll have to admit that Isaiah covers his tracks pretty well, as he had to. But we'll uncover these tracks, which lead to other places in the Old Testament Isaiah was quite familiar with. Including his own writings.

1) An ANGEL: By comparison with
other angel names such as Michael
and Gabriel (in the Book of Daniel).
2) Morose and war-loving. By the usual Hebrew meaning of the name "Ariel", a "lion-like man" or "altar".
3) The "Angel" of the Age of Aries. As I have shown in this and a previous book on Ariel and Aries.
4) Isaiah 29:1 "Woe to Ariel, to Ariel." Because repeated, 2000 years [Essene Numerology] An "Age"
5)"the city where David dwelt! The
"Age" in which David lived, also his
temperament, a "man of war", not
allowed to build God's temple.
6)"add year to year;" until another Age occurs, the Age of Pisces.
7)"let them kill sacrifices." The
hallmark of the Age of Aries, in which both animals and men were sacrificed to a blood-thirsty god.
8)"thou shalt be brought down" As a
heavenly constellation, Aries lost his
power at the birth of Jesus Christ.
9)"a book that is sealed" Not only has the Astrological meaning of these prophecies of Isaiah been "sealed" by people not understanding them, but also by the use of Astrology by the prophets supposedly being forbidden.
10) The worship of the "Host of Heaven" forbidden on pain of death! [See Jeremiah 8:2; 19:13, Zephaniah 1:5]

1) An ANGEL: By tradition, and
by using the name of a heavenly body, "Lucifer" the Morning Star.
2) Joyful and peace-loving. By the
usual Hebrew meaning of "Hallel", the equivalent of Lucifer.

3) The "Angel" of the Age of
Aquarius. By parallelism with
"Ariel" and contrast with Isa. 29.
4) Isaiah 14:12 "How art thou fallen
from heaven, O Lucifer.. 1000 years, the "Millennium" Rev. 20
5) "which didst weaken [not war, but peace] the nations." [the Goyim,
the Gentiles, not Jerusalem. The
"Age of Aquarius" for the World!

6) While Aries and Pisces will be
followed by other Ages, Aquarius
is the Millennial "Sabbath".
7) Aquarius, according to Astrology, will be an Age of Peace and religious toleration.
8) "how art thou cut down to the
ground" As we saw on 9-11-01,
acceptance of such peaceful
coexistance is not automatic!
9) In contrast with previous Ages,
Lucifer, the "Bearer of Light" is now free to roam the skies. "I will ascend into heaven,.."..
Verse13: the progression is seen as
"Aquarius" exalts [his] throne
above the stars of God:" [Aries-
Jerusalem, Pisces-Christianity].

...Isaiah, or whoever wrote chapters 14 and 29 in his name, was not content to present prophecies for the "Age of Aquarius" only in a way that could be mistaken in Isaiah 14:12-16, but also carried forward Isaiah 29 through or into the "Age of Aquarius".

We can learn even more about what Isaiah [or the Essenes writing in his name] thought would happen in the Age of Aquarius by another parallel comparison between Isaiah 14:12-16 and Isaiah 29: 16-24. Not quite as neat and self-evident,but useful anyway.

1) Isaiah introduces the "Age of
Aquarius" here as announced by the
Angel Lucifer ["Halle" in Hebrew].
2) "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer [the Morning Star] son of the morning!"[The "Morning of Aquarius" after the world has passed 2000 years under the "Sea" swimming with the "Fishes of the Age of Pisces."]
3) "son of the morning"…
Morning implies an end to night. An end to darkness. An end to self-imposed stupidity. An end to the idea that knowledge is forbidden, and that "wisdom" is a bad thing. Eve is now encouraged to eat the forbidden fruit of Genesis 3:1-6.
4) The meaning of "Hallel" the Hebrew "Lucifer" means joy and celebration.
5) It is quite likely that the Essenes of Qumran. And Jesus son of Mary, who was one of them, edited or totally inserted these parts of Isaiah, as is indicated by their nicknames "Meek" and "Poor" and "Holy One".
6) And so it is with Essene permission that "Lucifer" the "Light Bearer" says, "I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God…" It is THAT TIME!

1) Isaiah introduces the "Age of Aquarius" here by a sneaky referral to the effects of rain.

2) "Is it not yet a very little while,
[change of an Age] and Lebanon [by the rain of Aquarius] shall be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field [by the rain of Aquarius] shall be esteemed as a forest?"

3) Verse 18 "And in that day [the New Day of Aquarius] shall the Deaf hear the words of the book [the book sealed in verses 11 and 12], and the eyes of the blind shall see [the same book] out of obscurity, and out of darkness."

4) Verse 19, "The meek shall also increase their joy in the Lord,.."
5) "and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel." The Essenes were the "Poor", and were "Holy Men".
6) "For the terrible one is brought to nought, [the whore of Babylon-see Rev. 19:2]and the scorner is consumed [Athiests and Agnostics] and all that watch for iniquity are cut off…" The INQUISITION is over!
